Job Responsibilities:

  • Use CRM to track and convert leads to customers
  • Visit conferences, meetings and trade exhibitions
  • Maintain records of activities performed
  • Demonstrate the use of the product
  • Organize sales visits
  • Demonstrate the use of the product
  • Review the sales performance of channel partners

Additional Information:

•       Understand the geography-wise sales plans from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same

•       Visit dealer locations as per Personal Journey Plans (PJP); Build mutually beneficial relationships with dealers

•       Ensure dealer development and motivation towards sales and generation of adequate sales funnel; promote new products / SKUs as planned

•       Track dealer performance and take required action to improve non performing dealers

•       Build consumer/ influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for the dealers; (Guide dealer sales officers as applicable)

•       Identify avenues for superior service delivery & inform superior
