Roles and Responsibilities:

·        Managing facilities in the organization, including office infrastructure, building, cafeteria etc.

·       Monitoring environmental issues such as structural integrity, air quality, insect and pest control.

·        Managing the help desk services.

·        Providing Support/Service to the Internal users & Departments

·        Site Facility management, Strategy, planning, systems and controls.

·        Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence

·        Gross Profit to be maintained as per Budget for each project.

·        Promotes “total customer satisfaction” (delivery, quality etc.) within all Operations teams.

·        Performance management techniques to monitor and demonstrate achievement of agreed service levels and to lead on improvement.

·       Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and dealing with the consequences.

·        To interact with the customer regularly.
