To be honest, everybody has to start somewhere. If every job asks for experience, then freshers won't even stand a chance against the experienced ones. One is always a fresher at the point of joining his/her first job, but that doesn't mean that they'll be outdone through performance against the experienced ones, they can prove to be full of energy, will to learn fast and climbing the ladder to the top. It depends how an individual cracks the interview and performs in the organisation. Remember: "First walk is always the hardest. Once you can, you'll start running." - Similarly one shouldn't stress about being a fresher, once you get your first job anyhow, you'll perform and gain experience over time and this will lead to the accumulation of your merit in organisational performance. The 'Fresher' question is nothing but a matter of the first job. and about your 'Second' job? well if you did well in your first, it'll be a cakewalk.Best wishes.

If you are a fresher, It is better to apply for an internship in some companies based on your skills and mention in your CV. This will also create an impact on the Employer. If you are a fresher and have no experience to show in your CV then you can list down all the information about the additional value/ achievements that you can provide to the company where you would like to apply. Make a list of relevant skills while writing your resume.

Take help of ATS friendly professional resume builder to develop a dynamic resume to get your dream job easily You can also mention a few of the below-mentioned points while building your resume. Projects you did & Experience from internship

Experience from any part-time work

Have you written articles that got published?

Mention a few of your Skills

Participated in any competition/workshops

Hope this will help you get your first job. All the best!
