Tell me the difference between good and exceptional.

Interviewer is trying to figure out if you will benefit their company and they want to get an idea of work you will be doing. Talk about some qualities that you think are good in employee like hard work, promptness etc., Make it clearly that you think good is the minimum level that employee should be at, tell how you are making difference and exceptional, avoid sounding like you are at highest level achievable, do not put down good employees, don’t mince over the answer, give good list of differences. Keep your answer positive always.
