This question is to determine your character always answer positively, as it demonstrates a respect for your superiors, mention the importance of his position compared with yours without self-deprecating. If you answer with a literal rating system say ten out of ten or eleven out of ten. Never criticize hiring managers interview skills, never rate less than a full amount, avoid talking yourself up. For example, I’d say you rate ten out of ten. I can tell you all are working hard to find the perfect applicant for the job, I’m glad I could meet with you.
