Answer for this question is that, you try to anticipate problems rather than react to them. Give a brief outline of time when you caught a problem and resolved it before it did damage to the company. For example, “I always try to anticipate problems and resolve them before they occurs. In my previous company I knew that there were bugs in the system that would eventually surface. I was able to catch numerous problems with the network before they occurred by running test on the system to locate these bugs. I was able to locate and fix the errors with the network design that had they gone undiscovered would have resulted in a significant period of system downtime. By anticipating this problem and fixing it, I was able to reduce network downtime to almost zero”
