What would you do if a supervisor asked you to do something the wrong way?

This is to check how insubordinate you might be. Never say the word that you would refuse to do something the way supervisor told unless your company follow certain procedures. Tell the interviewer that you would tell the supervisor that it should be done another way but if supervisor insist you do it by his way he asked. Your answer can be like “If I was aware that there was a more efficient or better way to perform a task, I would tactfully point this out to the supervisor. However, if he still wants to do it his way, I would do so.”
