How do you resolve disputes with co-workers and handle conflicts?

Interviewers ask this question to measure your conflict management skill and decision making skill. Tell the interviewer about a dispute you had with co-worker and how you resolved it and so that the outcome was positive. Your answer should tell the interviewer how you resolved it on your own and you and the other person work are able to work together productively as friends after that. Don’t say that you have never had a dispute with co-worker, interviewer will know you are lying.
