The interviewer asks this question to know your time and task management skills. Share how well you are organized, share how you do it if you have example put the word in it. For example, “I’m very organized person and this has definitely come in hand from my past jobs. At the beginning of each week I review my calendar and outline the key things I need to accomplish. Then I set up reminders, block time and to do list so I have clear steps and time allocated to meet these goals. Of course, not everything planned goes well when things come up last minute I’ll prioritize the work and finish in time”.
