What do you do to maintain your health?

It depends on your body structure if you are in good shape you can answer this question easily like “I jog everyday early morning and walk daily evening and lift weights three times a week in gym. I eat lot of salads and try to maintain my weight and I usually eat balanced diet”. This question will be tough if you are overweight or obese “Obviously am overweight so I can’t tell you that I’ll go jog everyday, but I do walk with my dog one hour every night. I recently started body loss program and have already lost 10kg, So I know this time I’ll lose all my weight a start taking care of my health.
