Use Positive words and make this negative question into positive question. Explain each recent gap in your work history which is longer than six months.State good reasons for gaps in your employment like you obtained necessary training to get a better job or to go back to your college to get degree or took time off to raise your children. Emphasize interviewer that your current goal is long term employment. Be careful with your answers don’t ever say that no one would hire me, or I kept getting fired.
