Job description has several functions within the organization. Among those functions, a performance evaluation is one. An organization not following their performance review based on the documentation which is mentioned in job description is engaging in potentially unfair practices which can lead to personal problems and also to legal troubles. Employee evaluation can be day to day or can be taken in the form of formal appraisal, where evaluation is done once or twice a year. This will be based on job description.
