Avoid answering like “I’m easy to get along with, so I’ve never had any kind of discord with another coworker” Interviewers don’t like these kinds of answers. Be honest. Think of relatively significant instance and spin it to be a positive learning experience. Good answer will be “I used to lock heads with a fellow worker in the unit. We disagreed over lot of things from shifting the goods to sending it to quality department. Our personalities just didn’t mesh. After three months of arguing, I pulled him aside and asked him to lunch. At lunch, we talked about our differences and why we weren't getting along. It turns out, it was all about communication. We communicated differently once we knew that, we began to work well together. I really believe that talking a problem through with someone can help solve many issue”.
