  • Preparing financial statements and, where appropriate, suitable disclosures.
  • Supporting the Manager, Senior Manager, Principal and Partner in audit scheduling & planning and for various initiatives.
  • Execution of assignment as per the audit plan/programmer.
  • Reporting/Escalating major issues/developments to higher levels.
  • Interaction and Coordination with the clients.
  • Preparation & maintenance of various office records.
  • Assessment of Quality of work performed by subordinates.
  • Follow-up for billing, costing & other documentation.
  • Documentation as per ISO/Audit Manual.
  • Adherence to office procedures, Rules & Regulations.
  • Follow up for fees and TDS certificates.
  • Responsible for preparing client deliverables and review work done by analysts
  • Experience of working on databases
  • Responsible for drafting the closing management reports for final review
  • Support proposal building in response to client opportunities
  • Responsible for regular updates to the seniors and peers on service delivery and quality deliverables
  • Perform/Regulate Statutory Audit for clients as per standard Audit Practices and Legal Regulations.
  • Be a team member while exercising compliance with Auditing Standards and legal regulations
  • Have the ability to work under stringent deadlines and demanding client conditions
  • Develop/maintain strong working relationships with key business decision makers throughout the year to communicate value and inform them of the firm's scope of services.
  • Provide guidance/expertise and participate in the performance of audit procedures, especially focusing on complex and/or specialized issues.
  • Collaborate to plan objectives and determine an audit strategy that appropriately addresses risk.
  • Establish the expectations of the value to be delivered. Successfully monitor the engagement team against the budget and alter if necessary.
  • Identify/communicate relevant trends, developments, and key performance drivers relevant to the client. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's industry and marketplace.
  • Use technology to continually learn, share knowledge with team members, and enhance service delivery.
  • Generate new business opportunities by developing ideas and solutions.
  • Develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally
